For community and nonprofit screenings in Iowa, a suggested screening contribution of $150 helps support events within approximately 120 miles of Cedar Rapids. For locations beyond that distance, a suggested contribution of $250 helps offset the additional travel and time involved in bringing the film to your community.
My goal is to make the film accessible to communities that want to share these stories. If your organization has budget limitations, please still submit a request, and we can discuss what may be possible.
For longer-distance screenings, overnight lodging or additional travel expenses may occasionally be necessary. Any travel or lodging arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before the screening is confirmed.
For community and nonprofit screenings outside Iowa, screening support generally begins at $250, with travel and lodging arranged separately when required.
Travel support is based on the round-trip distance from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and may include mileage, overnight lodging, parking, tolls, or other unusual travel expenses. Whenever possible, I’ll provide a single estimated travel amount in advance so there are no unexpected costs.
For organizational, institutional, and corporate events, screening and filmmaker appearance arrangements generally begin at $750, plus applicable travel and lodging when required.
This option is intended for businesses, colleges and universities, government organizations, employee groups, professional associations, and other hosted events that fall outside the community/nonprofit screening model.
Final arrangements will be confirmed with you before the event is scheduled.
